The hall
A supplier. An existing colo, a hall partner, or a custom-system room. Site is the hall we occupy, not a campus we pour. NeuronPlant may find, validate, or coordinate it. The hall owner still supplies and operates the room.
From AI requirement to a delivered AI factory.
NeuronPlant is the design authority and the single accountable delivery partner. You bring the AI requirement. We take responsibility for turning it into a delivered AI factory: architecture, purchase of the required equipment, supplier coordination, integration, validation, and handover, inside a hall that can take it.
We do not build the data center. The hall operator supplies and operates the room. If the requirement and the room do not match, we redesign, find a better-fit hall, or write that it will not work.

Today the customer has to ask which GPU to buy, which hall to call, whether that hall can take the power, who designs the liquid cooling, who supplies the fabric and storage, who pulls the structured cabling, who deploys the platform, and who coordinates those companies. That is the problem NeuronPlant exists to remove. The customer does not assemble or manage those parties. NeuronPlant does. We do not become the data center. We take the requirement and deliver the factory inside a hall that can support it.
NP-DWG-02A / The call
Today
A workload of accelerators: GPU, TPU, other ASICs.
A room already built for enterprise IT density. Not NeuronPlant.
Power, liquid, floor load, which cage, who cables, who owns the PDU.
Wants X. Hall can do Y.
Wants X
Hall does Y
No spec. No proposal. The job stops in the hall.
Nobody translates the job into what that specific room can take. Customer wants X. Hall can do Y. Dead end. No bid. NeuronPlant does not become the data center to close the gap.
NP-DWG-02B / The delivery
The gate
Same accelerator job.
Accelerator plant. Design, source, coordinate, deliver. The hall is a supplier.
Hall that exists
Workload
Can this specific room take the load?
Delivered plant
A GPU / TPU / ASIC cell engineered, purchased against that architecture, coordinated, and handed over in a room that can take it.
Hall path
Find or coordinate a hall supplier. The portal is the customer's project record, not a hall marketplace.
Written no
This room cannot take the load. We do not pour a campus to make it true.
One accountable delivery partner. The requirement becomes a delivered plant in a hall that can take it, a path to a better-fit hall, or a written no. NeuronPlant does not become the DC.
Sometimes the work is a cell in an existing colo. Sometimes a custom-system supplier builds the room. Large-scale is a program type delivered with that supplier, not NeuronPlant pouring slabs.
Facility fit and architecture come before procurement. NeuronPlant can purchase the required equipment against that engineered architecture. It is not a box reseller taking a customer shopping list. Constraints, options, and the investment path stay visible at every gate.
NP-PATH / What you buy
Architecture before procurement
You bring the AI requirement. Facility fit and architecture come before anyone buys equipment. NeuronPlant can then purchase the required equipment against that architecture, coordinate the parties, deploy, validate, and hand over a working factory. Sometimes the hall cannot support it.
Workload, scale, accelerator needs, availability and growth. What you need to achieve with AI, not a shopping list.
Validate the existing hall, or identify a room that can take the power, cooling, rack, network and operational load. The hall operator still supplies and operates that room.
Compute, fabrics, storage, structured cabling, power, cooling and platform as one engineered architecture. Design authority. Not the end of the job.
NeuronPlant can purchase the equipment required for the project, against that architecture. Not a box reseller taking a customer shopping list.
Engage and coordinate the hall, OEMs, integrators, contractors and specialists. The customer does not manage that roster.
Install and integrate the plant in the hall. NeuronPlant manages the delivery dependencies.
Prove the factory: performance, network, structured cabling, storage, cooling, and failover.
Documentation, training, operate / monitor, and a working AI factory. One project. One point of responsibility.
Requirement → Facility Fit → Architecture → Procurement → Coordination → Deployment → Validation → Handover
NeuronPlant is the design authority and the party that purchases, coordinates, deploys, validates, and hands over the factory. The hall owner supplies and operates the room. We do not become the data center.
The hall
A supplier. An existing colo, a hall partner, or a custom-system room. Site is the hall we occupy, not a campus we pour. NeuronPlant may find, validate, or coordinate it. The hall owner still supplies and operates the room.
The plant
Nine layers NeuronPlant engineers and delivers: site, power, cooling, compute, network, structured cabling, storage, platform, operate.
The delivery
Design authority and the single accountable delivery partner. Architecture first, then purchase of the required equipment against that architecture, vendor coordination, integration, validation, and handover. Not a software product. Not a box reseller taking shopping lists.
Canonical plant architecture. Site is the hall we occupy. Open a layer for the engineering record. How that plant meets grid, workload, and applications lives on What We Build.

Canonical nine layers
Nine layers is the plant NeuronPlant delivers. The system view is how that factory meets utility, workload, and applications.

NP / Intake
One accountable delivery partner from AI requirement to a delivered factory: site, power, cooling, compute, fabric, structured cabling & passive infrastructure, storage, platform, procurement, and handover. You do not need a vendor list or a hall name first. The hall is a supplier.
